We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and where you have given consent (for example, marketing messages).
Sharing
We share information only where necessary to deliver your service — for example with a driving instructor you booked, or an authorised broker or adviser — and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet UK legal and tax record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
