Refund Policy
When fees can be refunded.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we start work on your request, any service fee paid is refunded in full.
After work begins
Where work has started, we refund the proportion of the fee relating to work not yet carried out.
Third-party charges
Fees paid to third parties (DVSA, councils, insurers, HMRC) are subject to that organisation's own refund rules and may be non-refundable.
Outcome-based requests
Fees cover the work carried out, not the outcome. An unsuccessful appeal or refund claim is not itself grounds for a refund.
How to request
Email adsservicesuk@gmail.com with your reference number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 10 working days.
