Our services
ADS SERVICES provides administrative and application support. We are not an insurer and do not provide legal, immigration or regulated financial advice unless delivered by an appropriately authorised professional.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee tax refunds, appeal results, insurance prices, driving test availability, HMRC decisions or immigration or visa outcomes. These are decided by third parties.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information
- Provide documents promptly and meet any deadlines
- Pay agreed fees when due
Fees
Fees are confirmed before work begins. Administrative fees cover our time and are separate from any third-party charges such as DVSA fees, council charges or insurer premiums.
Liability
We are liable for losses caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, up to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for third-party decisions or for delays outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
